Shipping & Handling:

All orders are shipped promptly, typically within 24 hours on business days. Customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the product is shipped.

Standard shipping within the United States is USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping. For all other shipping methods, please use the Rate Calculator in the shopping cart to determine the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges:

In respect of our valuable customers, we guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. Any defective item will be eligible to be exchanged or refunded.

Organically Grown gladly accepts returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective, with tags, purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Products returned without tags will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Customers who return merchandise are responsible for the payment of shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective or the incorrect product was shipped.
